Add Gaudi monitoring running instructions to documentation

Currently just adds a small section to the Allen documentation on how to save the Gaudi histograms offline. I could write a longer section on how to add a Gaudi histogram to Allen if that would be useful, but since we don't want to add too many for throughput reasons and it may change soon I thought this was the most important.
