Merge settings from MC tuned 2024

Includes tuned settings for 2024 data takings, nominally in 1MHz configuration. Other options to be added later (i.e. 0.7->1.3 MHz)

Also includes a few quality-of-life features

  • Making line names more uniform, so DisplacedDielectron becomes DiElectronDisplaced to match DiMuonDisplaced etc, ss, SS and SameSign all changed to SS. Implies some changes in other places.
  • Make Allen standalone runable from any directory

Some cleanup of parameter names in thresholds still needed, but we should agree to do point (1) and apply downstream (i.e. to HLT2 filters) first.

EDIT: This last point is done.
