Add prompt dihadron container

Adds a SV container for prompt dihadrons with no displacement cut but relatively tight p_{\rm T} requirements. This container is used for the SMOG2 \eta_c line.

The container is also used for Hlt1SMOG22BodyGenericLowPt (renamed to Hlt1SMOG22BodyGenericPrompt) to trigger in low mass hadrons. The MR also retunes the SMOG2 hlt1 lines to adjust them to changes in hlt2. The rate of smog2, tested on pAr+pp simulation is 190kHz, is slightly reduced from what is reported before !1497 (merged) (200kHz).
