Update JPsi->mumu selections for alignment

Giulia Tuci requested to merge gtuci/update_JPsiAlignmentLine into 2024-patches

The DiMuonMassAlignmentLine is updated to improve the purity of JPsi candidates used for alignment studies. The routing bits are also changed: the line selecting Upsilon->mumu decays has been temporarily disabled. In fact, the rate is dominated by JPsi events with the current selections.
