Add first round of mu = 4 and mu = 5 tunings.

New thresholds

Adding 700 - 1300 kHz mu=4 and 500-1000 kHz mu=5 tunings from divisions performed on run numbers 297202 and 297245 respectively. Used '2024-patches' Allen branch with merges made by the evening of Friday June 7th to generate zerobias sample and used MC samples from division that motivated the previous tuning MR - now redundant.

Changes to sequences

  • Use mu=4, 800 kHz tune in default sequence hlt1_pp_matching_no_ut{_veloSP}.py as configuration approved by PPG+OPG on 13.06 to start taking physics data after the TS.
  • Use mu=4, 1000 kHz tune in 1000 kHz sequence hlt1_pp_matching_no_ut_1000KHz_veloSP.py as we aim at running this as soon as HLT2 throughput is sufficient.
