Adding lumi summary

testing it

pcie40_mdfreader test.mdf | grep Lumi

gives

Type: 56 'HltLumiSummary'
  Type: 56 'HltLumiSummary'
  Type: 56 'HltLumiSummary'

Same for velomicrobias.py
