Add sequences for pp reference run

Add sequences for the 2024 pp reference run.

Todo:

  • Add high-pT single photon line
  • Add tests with expected reference run conditions

Log files for sequences running over a large sample of 5.36 TeV minimum bias simulation (with pAr at mu=0.37):

All sequences produce an output of ~1100-1200 kHz. A little more than half of this is from pAr. N.B. both the nominal pp mu and Ar gas flux are expected to be lower in reality than in this simulation.
