add new thresholds

Thresholds as presented in PPG on the 11th July.

  • Tuned on mu=4 run 300016. Output rates should be close to the names of the threshold settings assuming 26.8MHz input rate + mu=4 (so to first order mu=4.4 should give 1MHz with the 900KHz settings)
  • Also changes the ghost track prob threshold to 0.7 globally.
