WIP: Update SciFi cluster resolutions
Based on this MR in Rec Rec!1599 (diffs) the SciFi cluster resolutions are updated.
FYI @thboettc this probably only has an impact on the full Kalman filter.
Marked as WIP because it significantly increases the ghost rate. This is still being discussed in the MR in Rec.
Closed for now since the update seems to take a long time.
