Upsilon routing bit hotfix
Adds an alignment line that is identical to the dimuon high mass line but with the minimum mass set at 8 GeV to reduce the rate. It also changes the routing bit to use this line. If there's a desire for it, I could add a maximum mass to the line to make a real cut around the upsilon, but this would require changing the cuda and there shouldn't be enough candidates above the upsilon to cause rate issues. No plans to add this to the stack yet, but we thought in the pit it would be good to prepare this so we have it ready if/when alignment needs more data.
