Switch momentum parametrisation based on magnet polarity condition

Christina Agapopoulou requested to merge parametrisation_from_condition into 2024-patches

This MR passes both mom. parametrisation arrays to the TrackMatching.cu algorithm, and uses the magnet polarity condition to decide which one to use. This will allow to use the same TCK in both polarities.
