BW division for mu=5.3
Adds settings for bandwidth division @ mu=5.3. Fixes settings of all lines except the hadron track MVAs to what we had in the 1000KHz settings for mu=4.4 Updates to efficiency tables and standard plots to be added here.
FYI: Unfortunately we are in a very steep part of the curve w.r.t to TrackMVA in particular, so moving by +/-50KHz moves the threshold by ~500MeV - if we can deploy the 1.05MHz settings, it gains us quite significantly here w.r.t 1MHz.
