fix hangover PrUTMagnetTool instance

Vava Gligorov requested to merge vava_bugfix_prutmagnettool into master

For reasons I don't understand, we had an instance of PrUTMagentTool still lying around and things worked; only found this by trying to compile in Debug mode while understanding something else. Should be fixed now. cc @dovombru
