SciFi decoding V6 (and fixed V5)

  • correct SciFi v6 decoder, performance to be optimized
  • adapted v5 decoder to new memory layout (mixed rawbank (T1, T2) / mat (T3) level of granularity)
  • fixed naming scheme for all three SciFi decoders
