Add two new Hlt1 lines: DownstreamTwoTrackKs and downstream D02TwoKs

This merge request stems from an old one !1435 (closed)

The other merged request planned to be develop a DonwstreamTwoTrackslambda line (additional to the current DownstreamLabdaToPPi line using MVA) but this endeavour, while initially included, at the end has not been pursuit in this merge request.

An additional D0 to 2Ks with Ks 2 PiPi both downstream has been added

Run on MC MinBias in /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP3/bandwidth_division/Beam6800GeV-expected-2024-MagDown-Nu7.6/ using hlt1_pp_forward_then_matching_and_downstream_1200KHz sequence, via Allen standalone

The object v0dd_pairs = make_generic_sv_pairs(v0s_dd, v0s_dd,...) has been added as downstream_sv_pairs to the output of hlt1_reconstruction(...) in configuration/python/AllenConf/hlt1_reconstruction.py as it is needed as input for the Hlt1TwoKsDDDD line.
