Sequences cleanup

Now that ut is always included in the data-taking, time to cleanup a few sequences in Allen (removed all, but forward_then_matching_no_ut, which might still be useful for testing/debugging and is the more general).

Also, hlt1_pp_default now points to the sequence used in operations
