Test Allen throughput on data rather than MC
It was discussed on the HLT operations meeting on Monday to move Allen ci throughput testing to data rather than exp24 MC
This MR does so for all sequences but the SP ones.
Tests are green, but this is fake as a reference is not found for the new throughput tests. A comparison "by-hand" is below, and results look more or less compatible (maybe slightly lower). Only exception seems to be the CPU, which performs better on data.
Question: I left a test on MC, for comparisons, but I'd be inclined to remove the test on the legacy MC (I'd say at least 2-3 years old). Let me know if you agree with this.
