HLT1 BW division changes

Updating threshold files to contain the latest BW division results. The thresholds class is given defaults to simplify updating thresholds. HLT1.py gets some cuts set to the threshold parameters where they were missing before. Sequences are updated to reflect the correction in threshold file names.

Also applying the changes of !1973 (closed) as requested by @dovombru.

A summary of changes in the division method:

  • Incorporated the Electron NN hotfix, no change from the 0.47 used by Adrian, tested on 26.8MHz input rate bw division to see very little changes in efficiencies (in slides from Tuesday at the end )
  • Tightened the DiMuonDisplacedSoftPT_NN cut to reduce the rate
  • took out LambdaLLDetached and XiOmegaLLL lines from the tuning (not HLT1) to match previous year configuration, these are very low rate
  • added in DiProtonHighMass, DownstreamGammaToEE, DownstreamTwoTrackKs
  • changed input rate to 30 MHz
  • added 150 kHz on top from not tuned lines. i.e. previous tunings did not incorporate the rate of untuned lines so we were seeing that while tuning would aim for x kHz running Allen would yield that plus some additional rate so we now try to incorporate it.

All comparisons below are for a 1200kHz target rate. Efficiency comparison with previous iteration from last week. One big difference from last week is changing from assuming an input rate of 26.8 MHz to assuming 30 MHz. efficiency_comparison_1point200_compare_new_lines_with_previous_with_corresponding_rate.pdf
