Test allen throughput on 2025 data

First part addressing #599

One of the MEPs used for 2025 testing (introduced in this MR) is converted into a MDF by running a passthrough sequence, and used with this MR for Allen ci throughput testing. As a bonus, a cleanup of the unused geometry versions is also done.

Below the throughput comparison once changing the input file

The same mdf file will be moved to TestFileDB, so this goes with lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!576 (merged)
