Draft: Add first tests with Sim10f samples
Add the Sim10 Block 8 geometry:
- geometry_2024-v00.03_sim10-2024.W41.42-v00.00-mu100
Add tests applied to part of the new Sim10f simulation (lhcb-simulation/mc-requests#1246 (closed)) for track-reco efficiency:
- mdf for Allen standalone at: /scratch/allen_data/mdf_input/Beam6800GeV-sim10f-2024.W41.42-v00.00-mu100_Bs2PhiPhi_1k.mdf
