Lumi sequences for PbPb

Following https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/opg/-/issues/148 here is the LHCb VdM sequence for PbPb: just using ODIN lumi lines + BGI unprescaled.

The physics and ghost charge sequence is being implemented in !2176 (merged) .
