Performance plots for publication

Add scripts to

  • plot throughput versus theoretical peak TFLOPs
  • plot throughput versus occupancy in SciFi (SciFi raw bank size)
  • added option to run Allen over specified list of events (for throughput versus occupancy study)
  • plot PV efficiency versus z and multiplicity together with underlying distribution
  • process various signal samples and save the efficiency tuples in separate directories
