Draft: Uncomment KsKs DD HLT1 line for 2026

The MR uncomments lines adding KsKs DD HLT1 line in standard Allen sequence for 2026 datataking.

The line was not exploited during 2025 as some errors were appearing at runtime on combiners used by the line when running standalone Alleen on bandwidth division MC samples.

In trying to reproduce the error for debugging, the code with the KsKs DD line enabled ran over BWD MC samples (b2kspipi, d02ksks, d02kspipi, jpsi_llbar, minbias, d02kspi, bsphiphi) whitout any error. Log are attached.

This might indicate that some unfortunate error was exposed in the underlying combiners by the line, that is otherwise working without problems.
