update throughput plots

Update throughput versus peak tflops plot to take the mean and standard deviation of 10 measurements on independent sets of 1k events each as value and uncertainty in the plot.

Randomize the events in the file lists of the throughput versus scifi raw data volume plot to avoid a bias when using the first 1k events (no difference observed due to this).
