WIP: Add Random Lines
This MR adds 100 randomly generated selections to the default configuration. These are created by randomly varying the parameters of the 1- and 2-track MVA lines. The random lines consist of 50 of both 1- and 2-track lines. This is a dummy MR for checking the throughput of this configuration.
