Update gitlab configuration, update reference files

Daniel Hugo Campora Perez requested to merge dcampora_fix_allen_tdr_physics_efficiency_check into allen_tdr

This MR does two things:

  • Updates the reference files of the latest allen_tdr.
  • Updates the CI to using the available cards in a more balanced manner. Concretely, an rtx2080ti-tagged node is used to perform the physics efficiency run, an x86-tagged node is used to check the efficiency (do a diff).
