Fix build with DD4HEP

Roel Aaij requested to merge fix_dd4hep_build into master

This fixes the build with DD4HEP. Running Allen with Gaudi supplying the conditions data when some detectors use DD4HEP does not work yet. Issue #163 (closed) tracks that.

Locally the build now works, to be tested in the nightly, I leave it up to @sponce to add the label to schedule inclusion at an opportune moment.
