Fix TwoTrackPreprocess

Roel Aaij requested to merge fix_two_track_preprocess into master

The wrong size for the event list was used

Also updated pregenerated sequences

This fixes the MI100

This also includes a fix for writing the diff of reference files, such that patches can be applied and updates the scifi v6 reference file for the new TwoTrack catboost line.
