fix for DD4Hep

make sure that Kernel/VPChannelID.h is directly included, and not (only) indirectly through eg. DeVP as in the case of DD4Hep, VPChannelID lives in a different namespace, and it is only when Kernel/VPChannelID.h is included that it it 'imported' into the LHCb namespace...
