Remove Intel CPU from throughput test

Dorothea Vom Bruch requested to merge dovombru_remove_Intel_CPU_from_throughput_test into master

Since a while, the Intel CPU throughput decreases by about 50% on an irregular basis. Since this particular CPU is not relevant for production, it is removed from the throughput test with this MR.
