Don't call ROOT::EnableImplicitMT() in ROOTService

Dorothea Vom Bruch requested to merge dovombru_ROOT_segfault into master

This fixes the crash reported in Moore#377 (closed).

I don't know exactly though which side effect of ROOT's multithreading caused the DST writing to fail when calling Allen from Moore.
