Addition of weak tracks upon chi2 check.

  • Chi2 of 3-hit tracks is checked before adding them to the bag of tracks in Search by triplet.
  • Added a check for the existence of Velo geometry (geometry.bin). It now throws an Exception if not found.
  • Refactored function names of all Velo CUDA code to be in lower case separated by underscores (as opposed to camelCase).
