Mass definitions header

Dorothea Vom Bruch requested to merge dovombru_mass_definitions into master

Define particle masses used in HLT1 in a single place: the MassDefinitions.h header.

Add unit test comparing particle masses defined in MassDefinitions.h with those defined in TrackDefaultParticles.h
