Add some information about tracks and SVs to StdInfo

This adds some basic information about selected tracks and SVs to the StdInfo subbank of the SelReports. For now, this includes:

Tracks: z, x, y, tx, ty, qop, chi2/ndof, ndof

SVs: x, y, z, chi2

Should be tested with Moore!1550 (merged)
