Draft: Modify HLT1 lines for alignment

Sophie Hollitt requested to merge shollitt_HLT1alignCalibLines into master

In this MR:

  • relocate a copy of DiMuonMassLine to the calibration area
  • relocate a copy of DisplacedDiMuonLine to the calibration area, include a configurable lower mass cut.

(relocation to prevent unexpected changes to alignment lines when lines are also used for physics)

Still needed:

  • add the new lines to python/AllenConf/HLT1.py (choose phys vs alignment. Decide on location for D2KPi line)
