Refactor Allen geometries

Daniel Hugo Campora Perez requested to merge dcampora_update_geometries into master
  • A single Allen geometry is now included with Allen, located under folder input/detector_configuration.
  • Geometries now exist under folder /scratch/allen_geometries.
  • Names of folders in /scratch/allen_geometries match the key from TestDB.
  • Geometries now also exist in eos, under /eos/lhcb/wg/rta/WP6/Allen/geometries.
  • Documentation has been updated accordingly.
  • CI jobs have been updated to pick up the geometries from the updated folder structure.
