Revise DecayTree Printing

Printing of decay trees should be accessible from DaVinci (ok) and Moore (now it's not). !741 (merged) for discussions. The tool should be merged into one or two algorithms.

Keeping that open as there is a request to have PrintTree available in Moore. !741 (comment 4056325)

You modernised the algo. Do you have an example usage as functional? That would be very useful for our DaVinci configuration developments :-).

Exactly. That's what I'm trying to do - tests and/or examples - now with PrintHeader. These make me learn the system and provide handy get-started for users (see my messages this morning the upgrade-hlt2 mattermost).
