Add VeloCluster location property to TupleToolVELOClusters (and TupleToolVeloClusterInfo)

  • Making VeloCluster location configurable in TupleToolVELOClusters (and TupleToolVeloClusterInfo) to allow processing of files where the location is not the default "/Raw/Velo/Clusters".
  • Ensure tool does not return FAILURE if no Cluster location is found.
