Addition of 'TupleToolCorrectedMass', for the calculation of the corrected mass and its error

@lgrillo @gciezare @powen: I have not seen this anywhere publicly in this compact form, with the calculation of the error (the corrected mass itself is a LoKi functor). If this is a duplication, I'll just count it as exercise in calculating jacobians....
