TupleToolAllTracks writes nTuple branches named according to the head

Michael Kent Wilkinson requested to merge mwilkins/TupleToolAllTracks_update into 2018-patches

Include fullName(head) in the prefix of nTuple branch names in TupleToolAllTracks to allow for multiple instances of TupleToolAllTracks without overwrites.
