Remove Phys/DaVinciMonitors
DaVinciMonitors was created in 2009-2010 to run high-level data quality. I am unsure if it was still used in Run 2 (@adinolfi ?). In any case it won't be in Run 3. Such monitoring should be added to sprucing jobs.
