Move Phys/DaVinciTools while keeping history. Followed @rmatev's instructions at https://codimd.web.cern.ch/Zh5o8aTeREetQrlA1Th_UA# .

Phys/DaVinciTools is not needed in Moore and can therefore be moved to Analysis.
