Move package DaVinciUtils

Patrick Koppenburg requested to merge move-packages-DaVinciUtils into master

Move Phys/DaVinciUtils while keeping history. Followed @apearce's instructions at https://codimd.web.cern.ch/Zh5o8aTeREetQrlA1Th_UA# .

Phys/DaVinciUtils is not needed in Moore and can therefore be moved to Analysis.

I don't see how I could easily do all these moves with one big MR, so making small ones instead.
