Adding JetAccessoriesMC for MCjet reconstruction

I missed the MR that removed JetAccessoriesMC !683 (merged)

We do use some of the code in JetAccessoriesMC for MC-jet reconstruction on run 3 studies. I suggest to add back this part.

In addition, we are adding a new TupleToolJetInfo that is being also used. We will clean-up the DecayTreeTupleJets in a future MR if that is ok.
