Prepare Analysis v34r1

Note that the tag https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Analysis/-/tags/v34r1 was made directly on this branch as the removal of tuple tools is on purpose not included in this release.

Merging this MR mostly only means that we have the release notes in master.
