FunTuple's FunctorCollection: class enhanced, almost full test coverage

More work on DPA task https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/177. Tests for the FunctorCollection class should now be pretty comprehensive.

Along the way I improve docs and the testing a bit.
