Fix ParticleIsolation functorcollection, implement ConeIsolation

  • Add argument to TrackIsolation (now renamed ParticleIsolation) functorcollection that allows to distinguish branches according to several criteria (charged or neutral cone, different cone sizes, other requirements on vertices or constraints on combined mass...)
  • Implement ConeIsolation functorcollection to include in a single step track and neutral isolation

NEEDS: Rec!3444 (merged). To be tested with DaVinci!930 (merged)
