1. use explicit platform x86_64-slc6-gcc49-opt for LHCbDirac/prod: scripts/grid_url.py: line #141 scripts/get-files-from-BK line #15 python/Bender/DataUtils: line #359
2. remove soring of access URLs, follow the order suggested by LHCbDirac
3. move all ARCHIVE entries to the end of the list
