Implementation of attenuation maps

Jeroen van Tilburg requested to merge dev-scifi-attenuationmap into master

The new fibre attenuation maps are used by default. The default map corresponds to an irradiation level of 50/fb. The mirror reflectivity is set to 0.75 and the photons per MeV to 8211. This requires an update to the SIMCOND (lhcb-conddb/SIMCOND!2 (merged)).

Further, many smaller improvements and fixes have been implemented

  • Clean up of obsolete improved simulation
  • Turned off wavelength generation (not needed)
  • Improved parametrisation of polynomial for PDE
  • Improved monitoring scripts
  • Fixed potential bug in adding noise deposit
  • Many smaller fixes.
