Detailed simulation for RICH upgrade with PMTs.
Adds a realistic pixel gain (based on MAROC response) for detailed simulation of upgaded RICH response in RichDetailedFrontEndResponsePMT algorithm. Also allows for choosing the detailed simulation for upgrade and changing internal settings for this algorithm via RichDigiSys configurables.
N.B. This MR is needed for any Upgrade productions that require Spillover (previous 'copy' digitisation in Boole for MaPMTs does not work at all for spillover. It runs, but the PID performance in Brunel is killed).
